This band is awesome. As another reviewer mentioned, they belong in the same category as Zyklon, only Myrkskog has a little bit less of an industrial influence/inclusion in their sound. This is definitely one of the best releases in extreme metal in recent years, and I highly suggest it to anyone who is a fan of Zyklon, Emperor, Limbonic Art, Bloodthorn, Dodheimsgard, and similar bands thereof. The bonus track at the end (the industrial/dance re-mix of Syndrome 9) is really interesting as well. It doesn't necessarily go with the rest of the album, but it's a nice treat for fans of that genre as well.Definitely 5 stars!
