Great machine, worked well!I had a problem with the Sewing Machine I ordered. But the customer service contacted me and did everything possible to make sure I am satisfied with their product. They mailed me another machine which does exactly what it should. Thanks so much Moonshan, I will definitely recommend you guys!We run a business and this unit worked great right out of the box. There is one concern the start button is easy to trigger, (just a button not trigger) it's not located in center but on left side. I am left handed and cannot use the unit holding it in my left hand, I have learned to use it from my right hand.Works great. light and fast
