Ok I love this. I use this at my workstation and when on my computer at home. It gets a little chilly at my work station in the winter so the heat function is nice and it keeps me warm while this massages my feet and legs. I have plantar fasciitis and vibration is incredibly helpful for me with PF. As a matter of fact, when I was diagnosed with plantar fasciitis last year, nothing worked until I started using a vibration plate and that is the only thing that made my pain go away, and my foot pain has now fully disappeared.I also use a stand up vibration plate about 4 times a week…but I love how convenient this is! It allows me to use this while sitting and working so I can use it every day and I can now get DAILY incredible vibration benefits. The vibration goes all the way up my legs to my thighs as well, giving those areas the benefit of the vibration which is excellent for lymphatic movement and drainage.I am so happy I purchased this and it is very well made. Not too loud either. Very happy with this purchase. Highly recommend. ???
