I loveStarbucks decaf Via instant and these folks had a better price than Starbucks. The expiration date was a few months away, so no threat of them going bad.I travel a fair amount and take these with me when I do. I find that conference centers, and even most restaurants, put no thought into decaf. I get a cup of hot water and pour my little packet in and am ready to go.I did some research on caffeine levels: the company says 15mg per serving, but other tests show lower amounts. Most prime decaf rates in the 8-12 or higher range, so I find this acceptable, particularly as it is instant. The instructions say to use 5 ounces of water, but I find that 8 ounces taste better. I love a strong cup of coffee, but just like the coffee brewed in your local store, they always want to use more grounds than necessary. It does leave a slight aftertaste but is more palatable as decaf than most decaf coffee you'll find when traveling.
