before using this I read all the directions and tried to decipher the parts as per the directs. Some had different names than indicated. The amount of dough that would be allowed to be processsed through the machine was not indicated, nor were recipes that could be used. I make home made pizza and english muffins. I am looking for a machine to press my dough as my back can't take the work. Clearly, even if this was understandable it's not for me
