I ordered this popcorn machine in late July. I have used it over 2 dozen times since it arrived and I’m very dissatisfied with the product. The popcorn comes out tough, chewy and almost inedible every single time. I have tried several different brands of popcorn, several different types of oil and several different seasonings. I tried the prepackaged great Northern products that include the oil, salt and popcorn. I’ve also tried other types of oil, seasoning salt and popcorn. It comes out tough/chewy every single time. I have tried preheating, not preheating. Oil first, then popcorn. Oil and seasoning first, then popcorn. Oil, seasoning and popcorn all at the same time. Nothing works, it is chewy every single time. DO NOT BUY THIS PRODUCT.
