This Camper Tie Down was not what was shown in the photos. The one I recieved was much more simplier. I like it very much. But in the instruction it says not for a Camper over 8'. Well my Camper is 11'3" but I made a extended trailer hitch for my truck/campe, the hitch lifts up on my camper ( just a little ), and can tow a 28' enclosed trailer. Well it works very well. I have always had camper tie down that are from the truck frame, We have been towing a 5th wheel and are going back to our Lance camper ( with a propane generator ). We plan to haul the camper in the winter and the 5th wheel in the summer.
