Looks great, works great with super smooth action. We replaced two closet doors in our bathroom that opened into the vanity and walkway areas with barn doors and this hardware was perfect. Hard to find hardware that's a bit shorter like we needed. These are heavy duty, look great and if installed level the action is super smooth and quiet. We opted to mount a reclaimed board to the wall because it was easier to hit studs that way then mount the hardware to the board.
