When I originally got this wig in the mail I was very disappointed cause the wig didn’t look like the picture that was advertised in the Ad, and it didn’t act or behave like a human hair wig at all. The hair was dry, curls too tight, brittle, and unmanageable even after washing and spraying it with detangle spray in fact this make it worse and I spent over a hundred dollars on this wig, was so not worth the price. But I have great news and there is a silver lining to this story, I did contact the company by email and let them know i wasn’t happy with the wig I purchased and why I wasn’t happy with it. Lo and behold they got right back to me and offered me a full refund on the wig and also took my complaint seriously enough to make changes to improve the quality of this wig, which I have been told has been done immediately! So I got my money back and got them to agree to improve the quality of this hair...so for that reason I have mad respect for this company for agreeing to do the right thing...and a special shout-out to Amy who was my contact person throughout this process for her immediate time and fast consideration to my problem she solved the problem right away. So ladies some company do practice honest business. So I say give this company your business, cause if for any reason your not satisfied they will reach out to you to get your problem solved immediately!Bought as a gift for my Mom, she loves it.I bought this unit for a aunt and she loves it. She said that it is a great quality and it came in beautifulred box. Also, the delivery was very quick. ThanksVery very happy with the hair. Super soft and the perfect length if you don’t want something too long but still long enough to put up.This was my very first wig, so I was SUPER excited. I loved how light weight it was and easy to wear however only after wearing 2hrs and removing, the back underside was completely matted. I was able to comb it out and attempted a 2nd time but it matted even worse. THERE IS NO WAY THIS IS BRAZILIAN HUMAN HAIR. And it sheds like crazy. When my niece first saw it, she asked me why I purchased a synthetic wig? It looks and acts synthetic. False advertisement and very disappointing.This is a beautiful curly headband wig. The hair is very soft, realistic and pretty. The color is just what I was looking for (it seems like every wig always comes in black and I prefer a brown shade like my hair color). The length is nice too and it is very natural looking overall. There was no weird smell however I decided to go ahead and wash and condition the hair. I didn’t see any shedding or bleeding of the color. I am a happy customer and would definitely order this again!Love love love this wig. Looks cute and natural. Great go to style in between hair appointments or on bad hair days.
