Stops automatically at 99 minutes. That's my biggest gripe about this otherwise great treadmill. Other issues is that there is no way to change the units to kilometers but then I use my watch to track distance (there's a slight discrepancy around 15% less with the watch).Otherwise it is pretty smooth and quiet and easy to set up.This is our 1st treadmill experience. Ordered this unit for basic walking exercise, for two people. It was expertly packed for shipping. No shipping damage. It came with the needed Hex wrenches. Assembly was fast and easy. One requirement not mentioned on the website, is the need for a dedicated 20 Amp circuit. We were lucky enough to have one where the unit was planned to be located. The manual needs (in my opinion) a native English speaker to edit it. Please? I can imagine that if I tried to write the manual in a Chinese dialect, without speaking or reading the language, I'd probably make it incomprehensible for a reader. The pictures helped. Back to the Treadmill, we like the multiple control methods for speed and time. The speed increments in .1 mph increments (up/down) per button press. We have had this unit for a month + 1 day now. We can't speak to its long term durability, but It works fine for our basic needs, right now. It runs quietly, and there is a very slight up incline with the unit on a flat surface. The wrist band controller is visible in the right side and right front pictures. I thought I had to somehow pair it with the Treadmill. No, that isn't necessary. Put in the battery, close the cover, and press the buttons. With the Treadmill turned on, the wrist band unit is an easy option for bumping the speed up/down, it has the stop button, and the mode selector also. The red lanyard attaches to a magnetic switch that stops the Treadmill immediately if it is disconnected, like if someone was going to lose their balance and needed to stop the belt now. We like the displays, and they give context to the amount of exercise it takes to burn off the extra calories we eat. The hand grips are made of a heavy metal/plastic fusion. They feel solid, and the build quality is excellent for this price. The unit comes with pre-programmed routines. We haven't gotten to that point, and as a result, we don't know if the speed settings can be saved for next time. We start every walk at .6 mph, and then bump it up to a more comfortable speed. I lubricated the belt the day it arrived, and will probably do that again here shortly. Watching YouTube videos helped with the parts of understanding how to lubricate the belt, and adjusting the belt tension that was not understood reading the manual. Another opportunity for customer satisfaction is an easy product registration process. This, and the manual, are where the 5th star went. I don't know if I'm a registered owner of this Treadmill yet. More importantly, I don't know who to contact if something were to go wrong and service was needed. I've filled out no form, visited a number of websites, E-mailed addresses I thought could point me in the right direction. Nothing. We like the treadmill a lot. We have no idea of who we would contact in case it needed servicing. We're hoping for a long term relationship with the treadmill. It is a good value for the money. The Manual and the registration issue are holding this back from being a great value for the money. Regards.I did research on Amazon for an under desk treadmill. I bought this treadmill. However, I have only been able to turn it on ONCE, and I don't know how I did it. I loved it! So quiet and just what I was looking for. Since then, nothing will turn it on. I have been trying to solve this issue with no luck so far. Today is May 12, I received the treadmill May 7 (Friday). I called Amazon a couple days later to purchase the service agreement (they said no!) This was before I even had it set up and had issues with it. Most vendors will let you purchase a service agreement within a certain period of time after a purchase is made. I then got a call back from a very helpful, polite customer service representative. However, all he could offer is a service plan for $89 (it's around $25 dollars on Amazon's website and I had owned the treadmill less than 3 days). I contacted Ancheer. I've only received one email from them asking purchase date, tracking number, etc. and they were going to contact Amazon. All I want to know is how to turn this treadmill on and use it! It comes with no battery information for the watch. I've read users recommendations and have seen three different types of batteries, none have worked for me. I saw someone joined FitShow and said when she chose a program it would turn the treadmill on. I joined it today and paired it up with my treadmill on bluetooth. It connected with my treadmill. First question, you don't have your emergency switch engaged! (No I don't, I'm using it as an under desk treadmill). The app would let me go no further.I bought the treadmill with a gift I received. I have been wanting one for a long time. I also bought the desk riser in the photo, which I'm happy with. I'm not a person who has a lot of money to spend on items such as this. I wanted to make an investment in my health. So now it appears I'm stuck with a 60 lb. treadmill that won't work, I don't have a service agreement, and can't return it. I have spent a lot of money at Amazon and they should treat their customers better.I'm hoping an Amazon or Ancheer customer service rep will contact me to help! It would be very disappointing if they don't.Any help other users can provide would be most helpful! If I receive help on how to get this treadmill to work I'll do another review. The website says the product was introduced in 2021. It makes no sense to introduce a treadmill for sale that won't turn on. UGH!!!UPDATEI'm now using the treadmill and love it. I store it on it's side and while moving it, it turned on when I hit the button on the bar, and now the remote works too. I wish the manual was better written so people could turn the treadmill on without so many issues.I bought this in June of 2022, about 115 miles in the motor gave out. However, the seller did a great job and sent a new motor at no cost to me. I installed it and it is up and running again! Unfortunately, I think the first motor did not cool properly so something burned inside and fused and seized up. It might have been me walking for hours at one time, but it didn't show any signs of slowing down before it gave out! Customer service was great and I would recommend this treadmill to anyone who wants to walk at their desk in short hour to hour and a half bursts. Not as sturdy or strong. No incline which is disappointing. Not for running fast.
