For example, if making a 4 cup pot in a Mr. Coffee machine, pour water into the machine up to the 4 cup line and put 4 tablespoons of ground coffee in the basket with a filter. Feel free to adjust the amount of coffee to your tastes, adding more grounds for a stronger cup of coffee and fewer grounds for a weaker cup.
