I have used a similar cotton candy machine in the past and I thought it would be handy to have a temperature control setting to dial in the perfect heat to create better cotton candy. Boy was I wrong. The temperature setting is impossible to get right. If it’s too cold, it just flings out unspun sugar. If it’s too hot, you just have burnt caramelize sugar, and a room full of smoke. The machine itself seems to be well built and the price is great, but having the temperature control is actually more problematic. I’m going to return this item and purchase one that does not have adjustable heat.
