I honestly love this drill! There is nothing I dislike about it. First, the color. It's so pretty! As far as the function, I was nervous in the beginning because of the cost. I have seen reviews for similar brands and similar cost that were not so good. I decided to take a chance and im so glad I did. I misplaced my charger about 2 months ago. I still have a little over 30% remaining. I use the drill for acrylic nails and full cover press on nails. The drill bits are of good quality. The additional bands allow me to practice services in a sanitary manner. I absolutely LOVE the carrying case. It makes it so convenient when traveling to do nails. I feel secure in knowing that my drill is safe in the padding of the case. I reached out to customer service regarding my lost charger cord via email and the representative was more than accommodating. The booklet that came with the drill included details about the drill including contact information which was extremely helpful when I needed help to get a new charger. It doesn't overheat and it doesn't take up alot of space. I sometimes hook the included holster on the side of my pants or on the side of my table. I also use the table rest for the hand piece and it has never fell off of it. Overall, this was a much needed purchase for me. It's my first professional drill and I absolutely love it. Don't worry about the money because you will make it back right away.Update: It is now June 2024 and the drill still works perfectly. The battery still lasts a long time. I've literally only charged it a few times. This was a really great buy!
