Machine looks fancy and complex but is actually pretty user friendly once you get all the attachments aligned with their corresponding components. Used it twice already and have seen results that are equal in effectiveness to the in office sessions I used to pay hundreds of dollars for. Suction power is very good. Control knob allows for easy manageability of air control. Overall a good value. Would highly recommend to anyone looking for high quality microdermabrasion results.
