it claims to be a cold fogger but gets quite hot... not sure how that impacts things but it doesn't seem to produce the thick fog needed for indoor insect fogging. The cap doesn't seal properly causing fogging problems and leakage (chemicals get all over the place) but it is easy to use, has good range (of a mist, not fog) and may get the job done after you get over the fogging learning curve. I'm keeping it but still looking at the more expensive foggers in hopes of it making a difference with the number of springtails around
