As my first wig ever, I love this wig. I made sure to wash it with mild soap upon arrive since it had a weird funk to it. And I used a very very wide tooth comb to detangle while wet & let it air dry & used my diffuser a little bit. But it still tangles easily while wearing it.My compliant is that the built-in velcro head band is to long....and I have a big head so I know if it's to long for me, it's an issue.Overall I love it tho.The hair is soft and no shedding when you first take out of package it looks like it has no volume but it does.My was 20 inchesIt only bad thing was that the band was a little loose on my headFirst of all, I really really like this wig. But, I had to cut it a whole lot to make it look good! I ordered the 20inch and cut about 4 inches off in order for my curls to look full and clump together. If you want a longer length you’re going to need to buy a 22 or 24 inch if you want the true 20inch wig in order for your curls to look good. I measured the parting space and it’s not a true 4 inch part, it’s about 3.5 inches. When I first got the wig it came in a plastic bag without any care instructions. And you definitely have to wash this wig before you wear it because it has a residue. Also the lace isn’t light brown it’s a little white, you’re going to have to tint it. And the knots are HUGE I had to bleach them for an hour in order for them to lift. But other than that I really like this hair and it’s decent for the price. Prepare to cut some of the length off and bleach the knots before you wear it, it’s definitely not a throw on and go wig, but it’s still pretty cute and can look natural with a little finessing. This is the third headband wig I’ve purchased from Amazon and this is the best so far. Pretty, soft curls and minimal shedding. Definitely worth the priceUpdate 1/28: Washed and conditioned and added no products. The curls were pretty nice but the wig becomes poofy over time, so if you want a more wet look/defined curl, you'll have to add a curl cream (probably mixed with gel or some other product that will retain the curl/moisture). Also, I noticed that with time, the hair gets even poofier/bigger/frizzy. If you like an Afro look, this wig is pretty decent for the price. The density is still an issue because the strands thin out toward the ends. (Look at the photos for reference. I took one where it's wet on one side and dry/brushed out on the other.) I also noticed that you need to use cold water and make sure to condition this, otherwise, the hair becomes a tad tangled in the inside (near the root/track). So it will literally look poofy and then then out to curly stringy strands toward the end if you use hot water and don't use a conditioner. I would order again but in a longer length. I still give it a 3 out of 5 due to the density issue (the strands are too thin on the ends for me and I will prob end up cutting into a bob or roller-setting it.)I've washed this unit (and I'm waiting for it to dry to make a final call on it) but upon taking it out of the package, the density of the curls seemed thin. The comb placement in the wig also seem a tad different than what's advertised in the photos. There are also stitched seams in the headband part (so it's not a smooth headband texture, if that makes sense) so that kind of caught me off guard.Other than that, the curls are very defined and it's a silky curl (not "kinky" at all). I'm going to update with photos after washing and dying it. (It comes as a natural brown that's more on the lighter side. Sometimes wigs that are "natural brown" are so dark brown that they can still mix with off-black hair but this hair is more like a true 2, not a 1b.)YeaI have to admit I was afraid of getting this hair because, it’s my first time getting hair online but, when I got it I was very pleased.Pretty hair. Only one headband was included with mine.
