I was not pleased with the interior packaging. Machine came without dings, and that is great, but the direction book, machine oil, tools all came in a separate plastic pouch. The two oil bottles came apart and emptied inside the plastic pouch ruining the instruction booklet that is all stuck together now and useless.Company responded immediately to the problem and issued a pdf to download the manual and instructed their packaging dept to review how they package the oil. Also issuing a $$ refund for the inconvenience. I have upgraded the rate from a 4 to a 5. Thank you.It's a nice treadmill works great.this review is okay:Winter weather is here and it’s no longer fun or comfortable to run or walk outside . So I decided to add a treadmill so I can keep up on my fitness for the cold weather! It was so easy to have it delivered right to my door and I was able to set it up quick after removing the packaging. It arrived in perfect condition! When not in use I can literally fold it and store it behind a couch or against the wall. It has a built in easy fold hydraulic system. When opened it’s beautiful with its large LED display. I can either free run or walk or use of of the 12 preset programs in the treadmill. It has a safety strap to hook on for if I were to fall it would shut off. It has space to hold my drink or a tablet. It has safety bars which a cushioned with foam for easy comfort grip. It can even incline for that more energetic calorie burning . The led display tells me how many calories I’ve burned, miles I’ve ran or walked, sipped I’m going and the time I’ve been at it. I’m loving this and so glad I can keep up with my health all winter long.This treadmill is nice and petite and easy to assemble. Had an issue at first but the seller took care of it.It’s very light so it’s convenient when you have to move it around to clean.
