I received this machine a couple of weeks ago, but didn't get a chance to use it until now. I plug everything in and double check to make sure all is well, and when I was satisfied, I proceeded to use the machine. I was so excited, finally no more jump ring issues. I turn the machine on, position my jump rings on my helping hands, grab my needle, put it on the jump ring then my foot on the pedal, press down ever so sligthly, and nothing! I then started to play with dial to see if that made a difference but it didn't, still nothing not a spark nada. I unplugged and re plugged everything, so disappointed that I have to send this back and continue the hunt for one of these machines, the shipping costs are so ridiculous.
