At 3% caffeine, (plus or minus .5%), this has 2 to 2.5 times the power of regular gourmet quality coffees. We use the highest grade of Robusta—perhaps the world's finest. The beans are roasted to a dark French Roast to bring out their complexity. The brew is earthy and strong—flavorful, but not sweet or fruity.
