I love my Levo, don't get me wrong, but there are definitely a few things that seem like they would have been thought about in production that clearly were not. First, cleaning this machine is such a pain compared to a simple double boiler on a stove. SO many little peices and then the dispenser that is at the bottom of the pot which is not detachable, is always going to be greasy. No pipecleaner or reco's for cleaning the tubes out. Additionally, the components like the pod that you put herb in is so flimsy that it bends from lightly squishing the remaining butter out of the flower inside. The bluetooth as nearly everyone has mentioned, does not work. A feature that gives you peace of mind when you go to the gym is missing, and it really is a feature you buy this machine for (and shouldn't be that hard to figure out as a company). More clear instructions in readily available locations on their website or user manual (how long to cook and at what temp for most used herbs) would be really great, but alas, I had to hit google with my questions on use.The positives? It fits on my windowsill. It creates minimal odors which is perfect for my tiny apartment. I don't have to stand over the stove stirring endlessly. I get to show off to my friends. Yeah, it's worth it! If you're spending so much money on flower, you can probably swallow to cost to get this and stop buying edibles with crazy price hikes. Start making your own and just go into it with a gentle hand (it's a little flimsy), and realistic expectations. You will probably love it as much as I do - even if my review doesn't seem the most flattering.I've only used my LEVO II once so far, and it was a marvel! The infused butter is gorgeous, no need to strain it, and cleanup is easy, even by hand. I gave LEVO II 4 stars because (a) yes, you can use as little as 5 ozs. of butter, and you can also put a full 7 grams of herb into the pod - but if the herb is not covered by the butter, it won't be as effective. I wanted to infuse one stick of butter with 7 grams of herb. The butter only reached half-way up to saturate the herb, so I had to stop after 2 hrs., take all of the herb out of the pod, put the drier herb on the bottom and the wetter herb on the top, and start it up again. I've ordered a second pod, so I can fill each one half-way, rather than full, thus lowering the level of herb. Also, (b) what happened to the app? It does NOT connect to my wifi, does NOT notify me when it's done decarboxylating, and I see lots of comments online complaining about this. If you promise me a pony, then I will be disappointed when there's no pony.The easiest, cleanest, most efficient machine I have ever used. All of the guesswork and babysitting is over now thanks to the levo 2. A great looking machine as well and the results are out of this world. It didn't matter what the temp or time setting was. It will infuse, but you have to hang around and reset frequently.The Bluetooth function never worked, which I think Levo admits to.Even after only 10 uses, the nozzle on the reservoir broke and you have to order an entire new set of "innards" at $50 to fix it.Huge disappointment for the price. Online Amazon seller only offers 2 month warrenty. Levo ignored my first service request...I just sent them another, let's see how they do.Avoid. Save yourself $450 and do it stovetop.Doesn’t work and LEVO customer service doesn’t seem to work eitherEasy to useMost Amazing infuser with very little if any smell during decarboxilating and infusing. I decarbed and infused almost a pound of flower when it first arrived and it works well with regular butter, cocoanut butter, oil, and olive oil. I made a pound of each first try and the look and taste was way better than the butter machine.A little pricey but in the long run I like it Just as much as my Butter Machine.
