I am very disappointed with this and in the process of returning it. When the temperature is set to a specific degree, and the start button is pressed, the temperature drops drastically by over 60 degrees, causing the timer not to begin the countdown until it reaches the set temperature again. Because of this, the item being pressed is ruined since the timer countdown now is irrelevant. Another problem is it does not remain steady at the set temperature and keeps fluctuating up and down even when not in pressing use - oh, did I forget, this thing keeps beeping constantly to alert that it has reached the set temperature but since it keeps fluctuating, the system sends constant beeping alerts.Examples:- I set the temp at 400 degrees- When it reaches 400 it beeps but continues to go up as far as 410 and down to 390 - back and forth- When pressing a mug, Start button is pressed and immediately the temp drops to 365 degrees, then starts to go back up slowly until it reaches 400 for the timer to start againNot recommended at all!
