I was looking for something like this to replace the handle on my Dewalt DW735 thickness planer. The original handle stuck out farther than the stand, making it not store away compactly. This handle folds, allowing more compact storage. (NOTE: I did have to make a bushing/spacer, but it seems to be working)The handle was smaller than I was expecting (I should have read the listing better). However, it is more than 2" long, like the photos say. I'd say it's closer to 3" (perhaps just the rotating part of the handle is 2").The thread on this handle is 4MM-.7
