Love the flavor of this coffee. It's hard to find the single bean, whole bean varieties. This is my 3rd order!not the best Ethiopian coffee I have had.I have purchased the Illy Monoarabica Ethiopiacoffee beans on several occasions and enjoy itvery much. I hand grind the beans and preparethem in a stovetop espresso maker. The flavoris smooth and never bitter with hints of fruit andcocoa.As a Yirgacheffe, it does not have the fruit taste. Even not as good as some cheap beans whose price is as low as $8/lbsTastes great.Taste is mild and flavorful enjoyed it very much will purchase again.Pods are better
