I've used this microderm machine probably an average of 3 times a week since I got it 2-3 months ago but I used it every day for a while. LOVE IT. It's intuitive and amazing. Just be aware that the smaller the nozzle, the higher the suction you'll likely need since the hole the air goes through (therefore the suction) is smaller. The first week I got it, I went from a small tip to one of the largest without dialing down the suction, and was startled by the increase in suction on the larger tip. So, when you switch to a larger tip than the one you were using, dial down on the suction before you apply it to your skin and then dial up to the suction to what you want. If you don't, you could get little red dots that will take an hour or so to disappear. It's the blood coming to the surface of the skin which isn't 'bad'. per se, but doesn't look great either. If that happens, you have the suction too high. Dial it down. As an FYI, I have never used the suction over midway on the dial, even on the smallest tip.I generally use the 2 smallest tips on my nose. For the next size up, there are 3. They seem to graduate in courseness. I use one of those on the rest of my face. I started with the smoothest. I use the largest tips on my legs and even my feet. It is AMAZING on the feet, esp the heels! My skin is silky smooth now. It really does get the stuff out of my pores. I do my face and then go back and do it again. On the 2nd pass is when I notice this white filmy stuff coming to the surface. It's dead skin cells. After I'm done I wash my face with a washcloth and plain hot water which feels great. I use caster oil as my moisturizer of choice. Great stuff. One thing I've noticed is that the 'redness' doesn't stay. It goes away and is replaced by a nice 'glow' in a very short time; for me, in less than an hour. And, I've noticed, too, that when I used it regularly, my cheeks have a natural rosiness.I'm loving this thing! Lord willing, I will never be without it.
