I was ready to give up on Keurig. I’ve had a few over the years and they were nice, but for the price I expected a better product. Enter this bad boy.I love it.The pros:I love the customization options for up to 3 people. I don’t like regular coffee pots as I’m the only one in the house who drinks coffee, but you can bet I have those three settings all set for me (for my travel cup, my just-time-for-one-cup mug and my it’s-going-to-be-a-heck-of-a-morning cup).I also am impressed with the new water dispersal. I feel like it Definitely makes a stronger cup of coffee and I’m actually tasting those delicate flavors I once just assumed were there. lolI like the smaller footprint it has so I don’t feel like it’s taking over my entire countertop. The metal casing is quite attractive, feels sturdier than any of the other Keurigs I’ve owned and is quite easy to clean.Now...Not cons, but two things I’d change:Make the height opening for the cup/mug just a smidge higher as my standard sized insulated travel cup won’t fit.Maybe a better way of seating the k-cup would be nice as it will sometimes shift when you’re lowering the top into place. That being said, a simple (and free) workaround is just pushing the k-cup down until it is punctured by the bottom pin before you close the top. Literally doesn’t take even an extra second, but it does make a difference as far as I have noticed regarding there sometimes being some coffee grounds in the cup. Seat the k-cup beforehand and you’re golden!I wanted to give myself a few weeks using it before reviewing. All in all, I am happy with my purchase and would definitely recommend it to others. :)
