This is a great product, I was skeptical because there were so many to pick from and I wanted a good quality one. I'm happy with my purchase, it really pulls toxins out of your body. My first time it pulled red flakes out of my feet which means blood clot material, I was so excited I did a hour session in my first day and over did it, that night i felt like i was going to have a heart attack, but the next day I was fine and 2 days later I started to feel really good. So please be careful and listen to the instructions, it is not a toy. Don't do what I did and want to pull out all the toxins as possible your first time. But comes with a lot of nice extras and information booklets.
