A very nice grinder for the money...all stainless steel except for bushing and handle grip. Made some venison sausages for the first time and it was excellent. Grinds through silver skin and all with no problem. Wish it included a large three holes plate for the sausage apparatus because auger had no support...i didnt want to put the included plates which would grind it again. Even so it was still a great grind...i'll just buy the extra plate.
