Ordered to apply art to boards as well as apply glue sheets and laminates. It adjusts to the thickness of the projects it was purchased to do. Very happy with this product and look forward to making many creations of art with it!The box arrived with slight damage to the end of the box that could be prevented by adding Styrofoam thick enough to prevent movement and the rods going through the box. The damage came because the wood that was used to prevent the machine roller end from going through the box is insufficient i.e. not thick enough to prevent that. The weight of the machine went right through the wood piece and the end of the box. A second wood piece may have prevented this. Good news the machine wasn't damaged thanks to the fact that Amazon delivered it. Had it gone to the USPS it had the potential to be damaged to the point where it would not be usable. Thank you Amazon!Item works as advertised. I like it. But the packaging is terrible. Handle is busted. I filed a claim but Amazon only has return entire item. Kinda dumb. Just need the handle. This thing is large and heavy. I'm gluing the handle or just run to hardware store.Very happy whith this machine, it works very well. The instructions, however, are written in poor English, and are almost incomprehensible.Machine arrived as promised but it took a while before I was able to unpack it and use it. While when I did the machine was slightly damaged on one side and knob to adjust the pressure is slightly bent. Missing screws on one one the rubber feet and on the the level trays is not was not attached. Used the machine the other day and had no problems as of now. I really dislike to purchase a new item then have to fix the darn thing in order to use it.0The first unit arrived damaged and broken since they don't bother putting any packing material in the makeshift box. The replacement unit just arrived. The makeshift box was once again destroyed. While this one is still damaged, it's less damaged than the first so I'll try to make use of it. The instructions are horribly translated so they are no use at all. I'll try to figure it out and do a follow up.When I got it off my porch the one metal piece that goes through the bottom roller had broken through the end of the box. It was "wrapped" in one very thin piece of a foam sheet. Basically it could flop all over the box!The handle is cheap plastic. I was expecting a metal handle like ALL the pictures show. Does it work? Yeah but would a metal handle make me feel better about it? Yeah! The knobs that move the top roller up and down get stuck but they do work. It's annoying but it's fine. I'll pretty much only use it for one thickness so once I set it I can forget it.I do like that the plates fold up so I can push it against the wall where it's out of the way.It will work but I definitely expected better quality for the price. Not the best quality but better.Handle has a chip on it, not concerned with that, came in good shape other than that and it works perfectMy laminator broke so I got this to hand laminate and it is all I need from this point foward. I peel a one inch strip of paper off the laminate, put it on the print, roll it in until it grabs, peel the rest over the top of the roller where the print rolls through and it rolls perfectly. Best bang for your buck.I read a few sketchy reviews but I have no issues and love it. Well priced and so decidedly low tech that very little can go wrong. I’ll save the purchase price of this laminator I’m not spoiling my cold laminated decal jobs. Way better than hand laminating. Easy to adjust and no instructions needed but go to watch a few videos and the pros there will show you some tips that’ll save you time and money. Highly recommended.I’ve got a few decades of experience with motorized versions of this machine, but when I went out on my own I couldn’t justify spending $5000 on a machine like this. Great find! This saves me tons of time on the production table, from pre-mask to applying onto corrugated plastic.I need to laminate vinyl and masking film frequently, which can be really tricky without one of these. The only thing I have negative to say is that the rollers themselves have a bit of flex in them, so if you are even a little bit too tight, they will bend a bit and not give even pressure.Esta bien la laminadora perla desprende algo de los rodillos como si se estuviera desbaratando
