I'd give the product itself 3 maybe 4 stars but the company really missed the mark on self-support. The instructions are horrible and its just a sheet of paper with a few grainy images of all the parts. There is no text to explain how the cart goes together or how it works. Luckily I am fairly handy and was able to work from the images but I'm not very impressed with what I got. The cart is somewhat wobbly and its a pain to assemble with the parts pinching together and whatnot. I'm going to use it for wire spools not paper so I'm deviating from the suggested use but I just think you probably have better options for paper holders. At least with a different one you may get usable instructions. The presentation is just as important as the product.
