Product Features How It Works Detergent Dosage The recommended detergent dosage is between 0.5-1 floz (1-2 tbsp) per gallon of water. The dosage level will be determined by several factors including incoming water hardness, water temperature, water consumption of the machine model, warewash soil loadings, and the number of cycles between draining of the wash tank.
