I love this thing. I bought it for drying 3D printer filament but have mostly used it for its intended purpose - dehydrating food. I dry lots of bananas and apples. I've tried other things, like pineapple and mango, and those are good, but bananas and apples are my favorite. WAY better than freeze-dried. I now eat dried bananas and apples, and some nuts, everyday for lunch as part of my low-cholesterol diet. They taste great, I don't get sick of them, and they're reasonably filling. Should have got one of these a long time ago.
