This self-priming micro-mist machine is manually assembled, adjustable direction, easy to operate. High temperature resistance, not easy to wear and tear, long service life. Factory used to spray water to cool the tool while carving stone to ensure the life of the spindle. Cooling hoses can be used to spray water, oil, coolant, rinsing and other flushing agents into the machine. How to use 1. The gas pipe of the air pump intakes air from the air inlet marked IN the air filter. Air is released from the OUT outlet, and then connected to the solenoid valve with two copper mufflers on the end of the intake. 2. The complimentary blue gas pipe should be plugged into the AIR inlet connected to the sprayer from the end of the solenoid valve with a plug. One end of the complimentary transparent tubing is connected to the check valve on the tank and the other end is inserted directly into the OIL suction port of the sprayer. 3. Machine tool PLC access to the solenoid valve coil, using PLC program to control the opening and closing of the solenoid valve. Solenoid valve open, on the ventilation spray; The solenoid valve is closed, and the gas is not sprayed. (If you want the power supply to work, you need to connect the PLC equipment or automatic signals to the solenoid valve: The connection method is two parallel in the solenoid valve coil, is connected to the positive and negative poles, the two contacts are not positive or negative.
