I am a licensed Cosmetologist/ Aesthetic person. I purchased this for my studio. Super easy to assemble- ( yet we can with our eyes closed)?. The quality of it is professional- solid- heavy. Does not tip- rolls very easily. The steam is fantastic- I love the essential oil basket to be inserted at top of water canister. The ozone works, and having the 3 in one argon is a HUGE bonus for our industry. The adjustable mirror light is great. There is a shut flap on the top of mirror to assist in keeping it sanitary. My main love is the fact it shuts off quietly- no dinging. All-in-all: I would purchase this over and over and am thankful for the affordable price and availability here on Amazon.
