Wow, I am amazed at how great customer service can change a situation. I had an issue with the buffer I purchased. It stopped working a day or so after my last date to return the product. I was disappointed but got some feedback from Flyrivergo and determined I had a bad motor brush. They gave me a part number and size which helped, they offered to reimburse me for the minimal cost to order replacements. Unfortunately, I was unable to source this locally by part number or size, so it is going to take a while to receive the replacement brushes, I ordered. I shared this in my review which was read by Flyrivergo who contacted me with concern over my disappointment. I can share that they exceeded expectations, and I would very much recommend doing business with this company. About any manufactured item is subject to have a part go bad, the value is in how a company responds. The folks at Flyrivergo took very good care of me. If you are considering a buffer like this, I think you'll be well served buying this product.
