Seemed to solder ok with Sn63/Pb37 paste, but when I tried SAC305 (using the correct profile), it left the some outer perimeter sections of my board unsoldered. You can adjust the profile, so can probably get it to work, but given they provide the profile, one would expect it to work. Also, given some sections of the board soldered, seems the temperature profile isn't that consistent.
