I've used it for 1 project so far, with .035 Flux core, and no complains here. Did well enough on 1/4" plate. Fair amount of splatter but I probably didn't have something set right. I'm no pro welder by any means, but the weld it leaves comes out nice enough that I didn't feel the need to grind down the weld. One thing I missed initially that I got sorted before getting too far along was the feed wheel needs flipped to correctly handle .035 wire. Once on correctly it feeds nice and smooth. No complaints for a low cost welder (didn't get the gas version) that would fit in a backpack. Weighs probably 25 lbs with gun and a spool of wire in it
