Beautiful,bright and clear colors really make a pop. Being new to machine embroidery I was looking for a collection of threads to start off with.These are beautiful and fit my budget.I have found that there is a learning curve with metallic thread . Once I set up my Brother HE-1 correctly these threads stitched out just as nice as an expensive little tube of Sulky. I used a Schmetz metallic 80/12 needle.I loosened both my upper _and_ bobbin tension. Then I set the spools upright,with a net, in a coffee cup behind my machine.I ran the thread up to a cup hook on a shelf and then down to my machine. This allows the curls and kinks to work out of the thread. (use a thread stand if you have one,I don't) Everything stitched out beautifully without any breakage. I will purchase these threads again when I run low. They are a great value.
