Interrupted or disruptive wire supply. 1.Damaged current nozzle.——Replace. 2.Burnt current nozzle.——Replace. 3.Dirty driving gear nozzle.——Clean. 4.Cut on worn driving gear.——Replace. Electric arc turned off. 1.Poor contact between earth clamp and part to be welded——Tighten the pliers, remove paint and rust. Electric arc turned off. 2.Short circuit between current nozzle and gas supply pipe——Clean or replace the current and gas nozzle, remove dirt, paint and rust. 3.Too loose current nozzle——Tighten it firmly.
