I am so disappointed in this machine and if I didn't live outside the US if would send it back.I would say that the packaging was very good. That's the only plus for me. The line up is VERY tedious. I think the overall design could have been more constructive. I hate that it doesn't have a tray at the back to catch the paper once it's fed through. The crossbar that they say is adjustable really isn't ? The second roller wheel is wobbly so the perforating lines are not coming out straight ? This machine is a mess and will cost me more in the long run. Gotta look for another solution. This one was a waste of my money. Giving it one star because I have to give it a star to post the review.Very disappointed customer.
