Initial review at the endCustomer service did a magnificent job to correct all the trouble I had. We work together to understand where the problem was and I do think they will be better in a close future. They contacted me after the initial review to understand what was going on. Thanks a lot guys, I really appreciate it!Initial reviewTLDR = nice looking machine, well built mechanicals, needs to be sturdier, roller bearing needs help, roller wheels are soft, moves when rowing hardThis thing works really well, but at that price, there was going to be some flaws. The fit and finish is really good. It looks like an high end machine. No gaps in parts fit, paints look fair, overall good. The mechanics inside glide and work really well, and the tension adjustment really add or relieve tension. For a noob, setting 2 to 5 is great for 25mins workout, so you have room to get better. Nice.It says that it could hold a 350lbs person but I seriously doubt that. Maybe when static without rowing but definitely not rowing. The seat is comfy, but it cracks when rowing and I’m at 235lbs. As soon as you are not centered on the seat it wants to roll under you.The bearings of the rail are grinding a bit. For someone with a little bit of mechanical knowledge, they are easy to change. The wheels on the other hand are soft and are custom to the machine. If you start to row hard it moves on the floor and leave a streak that is black and hard to remove. That was on a tile floor. I’ve put some rubber carpet under and it solves the problem.Overall a machine that does what it supposed to, at a low price point (got a 140$ coupon) but needs help with some of the parts. I did kept it, see if I like rowing, and if it breaks and I like the sport, I will buy better. It does works for now but I don expect it to be 10 year machine
