I have had this elliptical trainer machine for a couple of days now and just love it. I am a senior and it is perfect to keep my legs moving. I love the auto speed (which you set) the pedals will go forward & back and the speed changes on its own for 1/2 hour and then it will stop when the 1/2 hour is up. Honestly in the 2 days of use I have noticed it's a little easier to get up and I'm not as stiff. This machine is not for a heavy duty workout but I would recommend highly to anyone that wants to keep their legs moving and the blood pumping. You can even use the machine barefoot the plastic does not hurt your feet but I would recommend socks or shoes when you are using it. They say to use it 1/2 hour a day for 5 days. I can't wait until I can increase my time on it. My legs and knees really feel the difference. It is very quiet you can use it while watching TV. The size is great, it's easy to move I have it sitting in front of my couch so I can use it everyday. Good price for this purchase not sure why I waited so long. The overall sturdyness of this product shows high performance.
