Received item, box looked like it had been shipped more than once. Took product out and tested, there's a shaft with a gear on itcoming out of the side of the bin. It meshes with a gear from the motor. The shift was bent, you could see the bin going up and down as it rotated. The gear didn't line up properly either with the motor gear. Thought if I could adjust the gear and there wasn't any slip it would be ok. The set screws for the shift gear were so over torqued that one of the Allen heads stripped while trying to loosen. Initiated a return and it said I had to pay return shipping. Called Amazon, they said return product, pay shipping, we would be refunded. Sent item, submitted receipt for shipping to Amazon. Got an email from Amazon today that we never sent the shipping receipt to them. This happened with a different product like this awhile ago as well. Stick to your guns, demand proper Amazon return label or you to will get to eat shipping cost from disreputable businesses like this one when they send you defective products.
