Easy to assembly I did it in 15 minutes after opening the box and lay down all the contents. is very intuitive just follow the written instructions is not complicated and do not need any tools they are included.Well honestly for the price you cannot find a better exercise machine, Rowing is a complete exercise is good for every part of your body that is why i bought it. This rowing machine has the right strength for me I am a senior not too soft and not too hard. If the machine keeps doing the job i am a very happy puppy. and by the way the counter indicator works just remember to put a battery inside ah ah ,
