Great machine for between classes. Obviously it’s not a professional reformer, but I am able to do most of the Pilates workouts we do in class on it. I feel like I’m able to get more out of my classes too since I can do the workouts in between. It helps me to improve the movements and get stronger.It has very few negatives. It doesn’t glide super smoothly, but it doesn’t make it harder to use, it’s just a bit grindy and rough sometimes. It is also slightly short for jump board exercises. Even with taking the strap posts off I’m hitting the top of the machine. Not a big deal, I just have to be a little less aggressive with my hops.For the price it’s definitely worth it.
