I wasn't really sure about this becuase there were not many reviews about it. But I wanted something at home out of convenience since I can't go to the gym most of the time.As you can see in the pictures, it comes in a long box. It came with instructions and pictures of the resistance tube, which I think was not originally part of the model at first. It also does come with a pedometer to measure calories, repetitions, and time. Putting it together was a nightmare. I went by a tutorial I saw on YouTube. The reason why I had a tough time was because I skipped steps. I can't tell you how many times I've unscrewed, screwed, and unscrewed stuff. I worked on it like at 7pm and ended up finishing it at about 9. Good grief! But all the parts were there and it was done.I'm 5'4 and the machine is almost my height. It's not really heavy and it's easy to store and move around. You don't need a mat or anything to prevent it from moving. It's pretty sturdy on it's own.So, now the experience. It is HARD AS HELL! This is NOT something for a senior to do. In fact, I learned the hard way that this is not something I can rely on as a full workout. This is to be treated like any other equipment at the gym (5 to 10 minutes worth). Here I was thinking I can do at least 30 minutes to an hour. I couldn't. For one, grappling on for that long and pulling your weight will stress your hands. I tried to use exercise gloves and a towel, and it still didn't relieve much pain. I can feel my muscles popping out of my upper arms. I can definitely feel in it my stomach and quads, but not in my glutes. For 5 minutes I was only able to burn 19 calories. I had to rest almost after every minute. So, I'll really have to work to build up on my timing. But that was all I could do.The next morning, I felt sore muscles around upper back, back of my upper thighs, some of the glutes, and my quads. In conclusion, it's an exciting machine, but it's really tough. It proved me wrong. If you're looking for a challenge, get this.I'm around 158 pounds and 30 years old if that helps. Also, sorry for the messy hallway.
