Super impressed...Not flimsy...really well built...I have worked out many years and know junk when I see-feel it..Anchored into stud with 4 bolt screws...Everything was in box....not one piece missing...Great supplementry for when I dont feel like going to the gym and just want to get some accessory work in....With this cable machine...A basic bench setup..and dumbells you can get jacked at home...still hard work...but you got the basic esssentials.There are other machines like this but different brand name...aka the Titan..which is more expensive but its identical....definitly worth every penny here!!
