Why is there water coming out of the bottom when the machine is working? Please be assured that this is normal. For a 20 bar machine, pressure relief is required during operation. This is to ensure the stability and safety of the working process. PLEASE NOTE：Do not remove the drip tray while the machine is working. If big cup placing is needed, please only remove the steel cover of the drip tray but NOT the whole tray. Water tank lacks water or placed improperly, please fill proper water and remove reinstall 3. Coffee powder incorrect particle size. Please add the proper amount and thickness of coffee powder Any tips for making milk froth? 1. Use cold whole milk. 2. Don't insert the steam wand deep into the milk. For best foaming results, insert the steam wand into the milk and blow just to the surface. 3. Hold the steam wand at 30-60° to the surface of the milk. Machine preheating mode Machine power on.
