This arrived within 3 days of placing my order. It was nicely boxed and contained everything it was supposed to contain. However the instructions on it are seriously lacking. Upon doing my own research I've come to discover that shaker/vibration machines are designed for lymphatic drainage and they are not designed as an exercise machine although that is what many people do use them for. Using it as a lymphatic drainage it should be used under 20 minutes at a time no more than 3 days a week. Having put it to use the last week my husband and I are both very happy with it. It does seem to help my joints feel better and it has functioned properly for drainage of my lymphatic system. It has variable speeds which I appreciate. All in all putting it to the proper use that it was originally designed for I am very happy with this item. I do believe that it is of a good value for the price.
