This is a great espresso machine, especially if you are limited on space. It is quite easy to pull a great tasting cup of espresso. I love the top warmer plate that keeps the cup and espresso hot while frothing milk. The automatic pull timers for regular and double shots are spot on when compared to the manual setting. The espresso comes out hot, but not too hot.The steamer wand seems a little short, but I have not had difficulty getting a rich and thick foam with it.There is expected noise as it builds pressure, but it is not overwhelmingly loud. One of the best parts of this espresso maker is the large capacity water tank. The included measuring spoon and tamper fit perfectly to create a great puck. I recommend this machine for a household that loves espresso.
