Excellent very budget friendly treadmill. The build quality is very good. Assembly and initial setup was very easy. I also did watch a video regarding how to adjust treadmills in general prior to setting mine up. It is not at all noisy at walking speeds. I am not a runner and have no experience with this type of equipment so no opinion regarding if it would be considered noisy at high speeds but running it on high was also not what I would consider noisy either. I purchased due to needing to get walking on a regular basis after spinal fusion surgery. Excellent for my intended use and I highly recommend based on my initial experience.
